METHODOLOGY
Even if I mastered CAD programs, I like to 'mix' methodologies for my presentations. My preferred style is a mix of 3D models, 2D sections, graphic illustrations, and even freehand design.
CREATIVE THINKING
Some call it 'thinking outside the box' Rules or traditions are there to be challenged. I really enjoy exploring solutions that are unusual and creative.
ENDLESS CURIOSITY
My curiosity could be described as "eclectic." From color & trim to clay models, I'm intrigued by any subject. And believe me, I will find out how any mechanism works!

I’m an automotive Studio Engineer. I have a passion for cars and a curiosity for how technology is born and evolves with time. That is precisely why I have such a deep appreciation for the automotive sector.
 
Later on, after years of working in Turin as a team leader, I realized that I was in the right field to create a solid foundation upon which I could build my career.
 
I have worked with brilliant professionals; people who have transformed the history of the modern automobile. I learned well from the ‘old school’ professionals and I am very grateful to all of them.

MY CAREER

It was a joy leading the greenhouse area for this project.
It is easy to imagine the challenges that come with a car such as the Urus, which has a max. speed of 305 km/h.
Compelling project, amazing colleagues, and a high level of professionalism from the Lamborghini designers.

It was the first time in my career that I approached the car as an electronic consumer product rather than an automobile.
Our biggest challenge was to merge all the autonomous driving electronics into a traditional unibody frame.
It was exhilarating!

After several years working as a Studio Engineer, I wanted to expand my engineering knowledge with respect to production. Working on this Maserati project helped me to develop my engineer skills by working with industrial processes and mechanical tolerances.
Production and right-on-time delivery were the most challenging aspects of this position.

One of the experiences which I remember most fondly. It was a vast and challenging project, but very rewarding at the same time. A project where my creativity was really welcome. Leading a team of 13, with this caliber of professionals was truly an honor.
Even the daily meetings with the HQ in India were fun!

My first big company which opened up a world of possibilities.
My manager at the time, was the first person to believe in my leadership skills. He helped me transform my career as a leader and still to this day, is a mentor of mine. Also, thanks to my colleagues, I was able to experience first-hand the warm Chinese welcome and their working culture.
